Silke has worked as a NZ Registered Dietitian for over ten years. She is a member of the gastroenterology special interest group. Silke has a strong interest in dietary approaches for IBD, digestive health, gastrointestinal surgery, weight loss, PCOS, endometriosis and identifying and treating food intolerance.
